Coronavirus Update

Dear Members

Thank you for your patience during Covid 19 and the many challenges it has thrown our way in our daily lives which are still not over, but hopefully following the guidelines and using our common sense things will continue to improve.

Wigan Warriors & Wigan Harriers have been working together to facilitate return training & competition. Our main priority is the safety of all participants, volunteers and staff in a Covid secure environment. We have planned a phased return to ensure that this is achieved.  Our sessions will be different to start with as we adjust to the new norm from Monday 17^th August.

We are currently unable to offer out Primary or Endurance section access as we are testing the revised Covid-19 procedures and have limited access and numbers available at this time. Therefore we have prioritised athletes who are returning to track and field competition. As soon as we are satisfied that we can extend training to the remaining sections of the club whilst maintaining a safe and secure environment, we will do so.

Wigan Warriors have measures in place to create a Covid secure facility for all, we will have strict procedures to follow to allow our safe return, which may change as announcements are updated.
