Print it out, complete it and return to the Harriers office for the attention of Julie Brookwell or Mandy Borthwick our Sportshall team managers. Please note these are the confirmed dates. Some initial information gave the date for the October meeting as the 30th this has now changed to the 23rd. Forms need to be returned by the 16th September 2011.
